10 POWERFUL RULES IN (SELF FREEDOM)MENTAL HEALTH

   1.          Laugh when you feel like crying, it reliefs the soul – hmmmm! It sounds so impossible but very real and true if practiced, 

     2.       Keep quiet when you feel like blaming or condemning self or others. It can cause a depression or stir a fight – when you are confused and do not know what to say, do not blame yourself or condemn others, be at ease and use your head not your feelings.

     3.       If you are angry, count 10 before a word, if you are very angry, count 100 and if you are madly angry, please count 1000 before you say a word – hey, any word you say be may used against you tomorrow. When angry, though, it may be difficult, just try to control your emotions or else you will destroy what you cannot build. Is the reason for high blood pressure(high tempo of emotions- fire- 4 -fire)

4.       Do not fail to acknowledge any goodness or kindness done to you and refuse to reflect on the wrong deeds – if you want to live long and be happy refuse to dwell on the wrongs done to you, but always celebrate little love and cares shown to you.

5.       Refuse to discriminate against anyone, but treat all in fairness and truthfulness – all men are the same, never you be little someone, he or she may be the only help you need tomorrow. Treat all with fairness.

6.       Never feel too big to say sorry for a wrong deed committed especially when most needed to silent a fight – like holy book, be at peace with all men, try as much as possible to eat humble pie when you have done a wrong thing by saying sorry. Do not imprison yourself by holding grudges.

7.       Admit it when you are wrong, do not feel you are better than others – one of the best ways to be happy and healthy is to take responsibility of wrong deals and make necessary corrections or adjustments.

8.       Allow others to express their views even if you do not agree with them; never force your opinion on them –It is often noticed in argument that some want to always have their say. Shouting and forcing others to accept their views.

9.       Avoid the company of gossip; they are always at the back- the gossipers are always called backbiters and for them to exhibit their talent you will see them at the rear seats.

Run from them to earn you some credits.

10.   Do unto others as you want them to do unto you- this is one of the golden rules, what you know and very sure cannot tolerate do attempt doing it to others.

Tinubu and His Team Bombarded Akure - Operation Sweep Labour Party

 Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his team – Ekiti State Govenor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, Lagos State  Governor, Mr Babatunde Fashola, Osun State Governor, Alhaji Rauf Aregbeshola, Oyo State Governor, Alhaji Abiola Ajimobi, Edo State Governor, Adams Oshiomole, Aremo Olusegun Osoba, National Chairman, Chief Bisi Akande (ACN), were in Ondo State yesterday in order to solicit for Ondo State indigenes’ votes for the ACN candidate, Rotimi Akeredolu (SAN). It was operation sweep Labour Party from the office.

The leadership of the ACN at every point promised to replicate the ongoing radical modernisation of infrastructure in Lagos, Osun, Ekiti, Ogun, Edo and Oyo in Ondo State if the party’s candidate, Mr. Rotimi Akeredolu, is voted into office on October 20.

ACTION Congress of Nigeria (ACN) National Chairman Chief Bisi Akande and National Leader Asiwaju Bola Tinubu yesterday flayed the Labour Party (LP) government for allegedly sending thugs after members of the opposition party.

It is only natural that the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Segun Mimiko, and his Labour Party would respond forcefully and fiercely to the recent massive campaign rallies of the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) in Ikare, Ondo and Ore.

You Have Dreamt Enough, Wake Up!

Everybody has a dream but is not everybody that really actualizes the dream.

Some are still dreaming they are yet to wake up to the reality, do you know that so many people had series of good dreams but refused to turn the dreams to success and they died as dreamers?

 I know and am very sure you will not want to tread such path.

Dream will remain dream until spontaneous and corresponding actions are taken toward its reality, success may not manifest.

You have read enough books on dreams, some are still reading now, why can’t you take the bull by the horns and take the necessary steps, having good dream is like desiring a good things but not supporting such with necessary purchasing power, such you may not have in your possessions.

Let me ask you the following questions:

Do you know that pregnant woman will not be celebrated until she finally pushed out the baby for all to see?

Do you acknowledge that people will not appreciate how beautiful you dream is until they see it?

Do you aware that for your dream to make you popular or known, it must be expressed in action for all to celebrate you?

Do you acknowledge that your dream may remain still born?

Wake Up! It is high time you awake from sleeping.

If you are still dreaming about starting your business, dreaming about learning that skill or still dreaming about what you wish to do, it implies that you are still sleeping.

A thousand miles begin with a step; seek for people that will guide you. Start your business now!

You may not know how high you can go until you set your wings on to fly. Stop procrastinating; bring your desires or dreams to reality today. 

Remember Abraham Lincoln, he dreamt to be a great man and he started from lower cadre, though he met series of difficulties and challenges  which every successful people did, but at last he was celebrated as one of the Best President America Ever Had. 

You can purse for awhile?  Imagine him as a man that dreamt throughout his life time till he died, never took a step, he would had been one of the unknown fellows In America.

Are You Not Financially Obsolete?

In our schools, we are only thought how to be a good worker or employee without being armed with financial knowledge. No wonder, most of us are stuck after 4 or 5years spent in school and unable to feed well and be financial independent.

1.   Old ways of making money - most of us are financially obsolete, what do I mean by that? Most of us still lay hold to the old ways of making money or earning money.

If you critically observe what is going on in the world of internet and technology, you will be amazed that the old means of making money is obsolete, Get employed and being paid the daily, weekly or monthly wages, that can not take you far, have you ever had the thought of gaining financial freedom?

Purse! Have a re-think of the way forward.

2.  Monoculture attitude of generating income – do you know that depending wholly on one source of income is old style of making money, I want to urge you to have multiple streams of cash flow.

Do not live your life in tension, look around you and find what you can promote to earn your friend. It is possible to have a small poultry which will generate money for you.  Do not be trap in the rat race! Have financial backup.

3. Not equipping your children with financial education – giving your children financial education is one of the best ways to secure the future, my mind was opened when I read the book of Robert Kiyosaki ‘rich dad poor dad’ that equipping our wards/children with financial insight is the best legacy we can give to them.

Start now! Teach them how to earn money while in school, giving your inheritance may not be sustained if they do not have financial education needed, that is why you need to be educated financially.

4. Employee mentality rather than entrepreneur insight –have you seen any servant bigger than the boss or have you seen the employed richer than the employer? Which implies that for you to be financially free, you have to change your mind set of being an employee, retired with peanut and want to die as an employee, wake up my friend and think deeply within you.

  Start a business that you feel passionately about and make sure it will work. Think carefully of every detail in your enterprise and work on it. Do not settle with good enough results. Aim for excellence.
